Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use pulledpixels.com and the Pulled Pixels client portal. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.

Our service

We edit real estate photos and videos that you upload, and deliver the edited files through your client portal. Services, prices and delivery times are shown on our website and in the portal at the time you order.

Your account

Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.

Your files

• You confirm you own the files you upload or have permission to have them edited.
• You keep all rights to your photos and videos. The edited files are yours once paid for.
• We may use your work in our portfolio only with your written permission.

Prices and payment

• Prices are per finished photo or per video, in your currency, as shown before you place the order. The price shown when you order is the most you will pay; our editor may lower it after counting your files, never raise it.
• You see watermarked previews first and pay once you are happy. Full-resolution files are available to download after payment.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. A minimum order value applies, as shown on the website.

Delivery

Standard delivery is 12–24 hours. 1-hour Express is available for photo editing during the hours shown in the portal; if we miss the hour, the Express fee is refunded. Delivery times are targets and may be affected by very large orders or events outside our control.

Revisions

Photo revisions are free and unlimited. Video orders include 2 free revision rounds. Revisions cover the original brief; new requests may be charged as a new order.

File storage

Files are deleted automatically after the period described in our Privacy Policy. Please download and keep your own copies.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful content or content you do not have rights to. We may refuse or cancel such orders.

Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for losses arising from how edited files are used.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Haryana having jurisdiction.
